It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, at ADMISSIAN, we value your idea, and you will find a world of opportunity awaits.

Every month, ADMISSIAN accepts a small group of exceptional teenagers to work with us and get a little insight into the consulting industry during this 60-180 day program. At the end of the term, we will also offer a career opportunity to those who perform at a spectacular level.

If you are a current student or alumnus from one of the the following academic institutes, you may apply for this internship through your institute’s career center portal for application assistance and accreditation (if applicable).

We strive to give you ample opportunities to demonstrate your interests and accomplishments best. We also consider an applicant’s personal qualities such as a capacity for leadership, creativity, resiliency, intellectual curiosity, and independent thinking. You may submit supplementary materials showcasing exceptional or unusual talents.

The Internship Program Roadmap

Being accepted into ADMISSIAN’s internship program means we see a potential of you working with us full-time in the future. Thus, this Internship Program is designed to get you prepared for working at ADMISSIAN or other affiliated companies. Of course, if you are just interested in discovering ADMISSIAN or simply to get a taste of the global education and consulting industry, you are welcomed as well. The admission selectors do not consider your willingness of joining the group after your internship, nor your selected program length during the reviewing process. However, here’s a road map for you to consider before you decide how long you want to work with us in this internship program.

  • Check Points are when the HRs collect feedbacks from your program supervisor about whether you are eligible to continue your internship.

  • Evaluation Point is when the HRs collect feedbacks from your program supervisor about whether you have succeeded your probation period.
    審查點是是人力資源部門向您的項目監視收集關於您是否成功通過試用期的回覆。

  • If invited to join the official workforce, A three-month probation period is required for participants of two-month, three-month, and four-month internship program.
    若被邀請進入正式崗位，對於兩個月，三個月，及四個月的參與者，一個為期三個月的試用期是必須的。

  • Except the six-month internship program, ADMISSIAN only makes offers on its own initiative, there are no gateways to apply for entry-level positions at ADMISSIAN.
    除了六月制的實習計畫，ADMISSIAN進自行發放就職邀請，入門級職位是無法被自行申請的。
